Adoption of Guidelines and First Official Visitation

On Tuesday, February 24, 2009, Meridian Chapter U.D., Royal Arch Masons of Oregon received its first Official Visitation. We were honored to welcome Right Excellent Companion Robert Hamilton, District Deputy to the Grand High Priest of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Oregon for District No. 4.

We read and discussed the proposed By-Laws for the Chapter, and voted unanimously to adopt them.

We read and discussed the proposed "Guidelines for the Operation of the Chapter," and voted unanimously to adopt them. This document formalizes and adds permanence our European Concept endeavor. This document is available to read online in our Publications section.
